- To support the development and implementation of best practice processes for GPC accounts.
- To manage a client servicing team consisting of account managers or executives (depending on size of account)
What this Role Covers:
- Formulation, ownership, and delivery of client management and growth strategies for the clients, in liaison with the Regional Client Services Partner.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management:
- Build, nurture, and grow relationships with clients
- Lead / participate in senior client meetings and attend regular client status meetings as appropriate
- Be heavily involved in driving the development and expansion of their projects
Overall Strategy
- Implement APAC focused strategies to improve performance and ROI of campaigns, platforms,
and/or other forms of output delivered for clients.
- Support clients by leading and providing strategic direction to internal/external support teams to ensure
output is of the highest quality and is delivered effectively and efficiently
- Work closely with internal teams and client contacts in each market to ensure total satisfaction
- Convincingly present, communicate, and sell strategies
drawn up by Greenpark to clients
Account Growth
- Pro-actively identify and pitch potential upsell opportunities for additional services (based on Greenpark’s 3 key pillars of expertise – SEO, Content and Tech)
to new and existing brands and/or markets
- Be an evangelist of Greenpark’s brand purpose and its core expertise to potential and existing clients.
Team Management
- Supports
the account team members, ensuring high performance and continued development
on a daily basis.
- Work with the RCSP to prioritise resources and build team structure
- Manage the personal development reviews and plans for
their respective team members.
- Be involved in the hiring of account managers/executives for chemistry checks and shares inputs with RCSP.
Reporting and Communication Structure
- This role reports to the Regional Client Services Partner
and advises them on all account matters.

on the basis of:
