Job description

Job Location: Fairfax, Virginia, United States (Onsite/Offsite)

At least 3 years experience in Audio and Video installation and maintenance.
Monitor and maintain AV equipment.
Activate and deactivate, recover and correct VTC resources.
Create, report, track and close VTC service trouble tickets.
Provide technical support and troubleshoot any problems on Audio and Visual equipment.
Monitor live stream video quality and manage digital media.
Conduct meetings and virtual face to face gatherings.
Provide oversight to contractors on cabling and VTC installs.
