RECON Search are working with a Pharmaceutical research agency, who are part of larger MedComs group of companies. They are looking to grow their specialist insight team with an addition of an Associate Director.
The role will be supporting the Senior Management Team. You will ideally have experience of both Quant and Qual research, managing teams and developing client relationships.
They provide a range of insight services from understanding the market, exploring the patient experience to pricing, positioning and segmentation. You will also work alongside the MedComms team on integrated projects.
This is a great opportunity to join a growing pharma research agency. They have a Central London HQ and offices around the UK, whilst operating a flexible hybrid work policy.
The role offers a competitive base salary £60-75k and good benefits.
