Recruitment Consultant

We are an HR Consultancy company located in Mosta currently looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our recruitment team. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic team in a fun working environment. This position also offers flexible working hours as well as the possibility of remote working.

What will you be doing?

• Use sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking to attract business from client companies
• Work with clients to build and maintain relationships to gain a better understanding of their recruitment needs and requirements
• Attract candidates by advertising in a wide range of media, as well as by networking, headhunting and through referrals
• Screen and review applications, manage interviews and short-list candidates
• Provide advice to both clients and candidates on salary levels, training requirements and career opportunities

What skills do you need?

• Ability to think logically and creatively
• Knowledge of the Internet 
• Able to communicate effectively, prioritise tasks and be highly organised
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to deal effectively and professionally with colleagues, candidates and customers
• A good level of spoken and written English is essential
