Job description

Company Background:

We are representing our client, a licensed financial services company with their office location based in KL Eco City. They are currently on a look out for a Technical Project Coordinator to support their business in IT projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Project Management

Break down complex technical requirements into actionable engineering tasks
Estimate technical project timelines in collaboration with engineering teams
Identify technical risks and develop mitigation strategies
Coordinate technical reviews and sign-offs for project deliverables
Ensure proper documentation of technical decisions and architecture changes

Technical Communication

Translate technical concepts into business-friendly language for stakeholders
Create and maintain technical project documentation
Facilitate technical knowledge sharing between team members
Report on technical progress and challenges to leadership

Quality Assurance

Coordinate technical testing efforts and validate test coverage
Review test results and coordinate bug fixes with engineering teams
Ensure technical requirements are met before project deployment
Monitor post-deployment technical issues and coordinate resolutions

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant field
Proven experience in Project Management, Data Analysis or Technical Knowledge is required. Prior experience in the financial services, FinTech sector, or related fields is strongly preferred

Working Hours: 9am to 6pm
Salary: RM 4,000 - RM 6,000
