Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Netsuite Functional Consultant with experience in ZoneBilling to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Netsuite implementation and support, with experience ZoneBilling module. As a Netsuite Functional Consultant, you will work closely with our clients to gather requirements, design solutions, and provide ongoing support for their Netsuite system.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements and design solutions that meet their needs

- Configure and customize Netsuite's ZoneBilling module to meet client requirements

- Conduct testing and troubleshooting to ensure the successful implementation of the ZoneBilling module

- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for clients' Netsuite systems, including troubleshooting and issue resolution

- Keep up-to-date with the latest Netsuite releases and updates, and provide recommendations for system enhancements and improvements

- Work closely with project managers, developers, and other team members to ensure successful project delivery

- Participate in project planning and scoping activities, providing input on timelines, resource requirements, and risks

- Act as a liaison between clients and the technical team, translating business requirements into technical solutions

- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in Netsuite and ZoneBilling to provide expert advice and guidance to clients

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Netsuite implementation and support, with a focus on ZoneBilling

- Strong understanding of Netsuite's overall functionality and capabilities

- Experience in configuring and customizing Netsuite's ZoneBilling module

- Familiarity with other Netsuite modules such as Financials, CRM, or Inventory Management is a plus

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and team members at all levels

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Netsuite certification is a plus
