Job description

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Business Analyst. The Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements, managing user acceptance testing (UAT), and serving as a key liaison between stakeholders and technical teams. Candidates with experience in the lending industry and Loan Origination System (LOS) implementations will be strongly preferred. This role will report to an Australia-based client and requires flexibility to work across UK, AU, or US time zones.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong track record of client management.
Strong documentation skills, with expertise in requirements gathering and process mapping.
Hands-on experience managing UAT cycles, from planning to execution.
Preferred: Experience in the lending industry and familiarity with lending processes.
Preferred: Experience with Loan Origination System (LOS) implementations.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively across UK, AU, or US time zones to support international clients.
