About the role
As our PMM, you will own the go‐to‐market strategy for our platform, driving both inbound and outbound demand, crafting world‐class onboarding experiences, and shaping our brand narrative across channels.

Responsibilities

Demand Generation

  • Develop and execute end‐to‐end inbound and outbound marketing strategies to fill the funnel and accelerate pipeline.
  • Identify and test growth hacks, referral programs, and strategic partnerships to amplify customer acquisition.
  • Build and optimize social media campaigns (LinkedIn, Twitter, industry forums) to raise brand awareness and generate leads.

Customer Onboarding & Engagement

  • Design a seamless post‐signup journey: welcome flows, product tours, in‐app tips, FAQ libraries, help‐desk workflows.
  • Segment customers by priority (e.g., high‐value enterprise vs. self‐service SMB) and tailor support touchpoints accordingly.
  • Partner with Customer Success to instrument feedback loops and measure onboard‐to‐activation conversion.

Brand & Content

  • Own brand guidelines: ensure visual and messaging consistency across websites, pitch decks, blogs, and email templates.
  • Produce or oversee the creation of high‐impact content (case studies, whitepapers, blog posts) that showcases our value.
  • Update and iterate our sales collateral, decks, and one‐pagers to support both marketing and sales conversations.

Measurement & Optimization

  • Define and track key metrics (MQL SQL conversion, activation rate, CAC, LTV) and use data to optimize channels and campaigns.
  • Conduct win/loss analyses to inform positioning and product messaging. A/B test campaigns, landing pages, and messaging to continuously improve performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred).
  • 3+ years’ experience in B2B product marketing or growth marketing rolesideally in a SaaS or AI‐driven business.
  • Demonstrated success in B2B marketing: lead generation, branding initiatives, or full‐funnel marketing execution.
  • Proven track record launching demand‐generation programs that drive measurable revenue.
  • Strong analytical skills with hands‐on experience in marketing analytics tools (e.g.,Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, Mixpanel).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication; able to craft compelling positioning and content.
  • Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast‐paced startup environment.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML tools and a passion for emerging technology.

Language Proficiency

  • Native Thai
  • Fluent in English
