About the Role

We are searching for a creative and skilled Frontend Engineer to join our team in building a SaaS platform that transforms paint distribution and workshop management for Fortune 500 automotive clients. With the product nearly ready to launch (~90%) and plans to expand to a second enterprise client, you will play a vital role in developing user-friendly, performance-optimized web applications.

Responsibilities

• Platform Development: Build and maintain scalable, high-performance platform using Vue.js 3 or similar frameworks

• State Management: Use tools like Pinia, Vuex, or Redux for managing application state

• Testing: Implement unit tests (Vitest/Jest) and E2E tests (Cypress/Playwright) for frontend components

• Collaboration: Work closely with backend engineers to integrate APIs and manage Git workflows

• Production-Ready Code: Ensure apps are optimized for performance and scalability

Qualifications

Must-Have:

• 3+ years of frontend development experience

• Core Tech Stack:

  • TypeScript (non-negotiable)

  • Vue.js 3 (preferred) or React/Angular/Svelte (with willingness to learn Vue)

  • State management (Pinia, Vuex, Redux)

• Testing: Experience with Vitest/Jest (unit tests) and Cypress/Playwright (E2E)

• Collaboration: Proficiency with Git (branching, PR workflows) and API integration (working with backend engineers)

• Production Experience: Built 2+ production-grade web apps (performance, scalability)

• High proficiency in CSS

• Communication: Fluent English for remote teamwork

Nice-to-Have:

• Quasar Framework (or Nuxt/Next.js for SSR)

• Tailwind CSS (or utility-first CSS frameworks)

• Basic understanding of CI/CD for frontend (GitHub Actions build pipelines)

• Experience working with Jira
