About the Role

We are seeking an AI Product Manager or Assistant Product Manager who is passionate about leveraging technology to solve complex problems in the sourcing and trade space. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of product management principles and a keen interest in AI applications.

Responsibilities

Product Vision and Strategy:

Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for AI-driven sourcing solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product goals with business objectives

Product Development:

Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products
Work closely with engineering, design, and data science teams to develop AI features that enhance user experience

Market Research and Analysis:

Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
Analyze data to inform product decisions and prioritize features based on user feedback and business impact

User Experience:

Advocate for the end-user by ensuring that product features are user-friendly and meet customer needs
Gather and analyze user feedback to continuously improve the product

Performance Measurement:

Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and user engagement
Monitor product performance and iterate based on data-driven insights

Qualifications

Experience:

3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably in AI, e-commerce, or B2B sectors
Proven track record of launching successful products that have gained market traction

Technical Skills:

Strong understanding of AI technologies and their applications in product development
Familiarity with data analysis tools and methodologies to drive product decisions

Soft Skills:

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Education:

Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A Masters degree is a plus
