Customer Service Representative - Healthcare Accounts (AthenaOne EMR)

Elevate Calls Inc, seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in handling healthcare accounts, specifically with experience in AthenaOne EMR, and possess a background in collections. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction in our healthcare account management department.

Responsibilities:
* Manage inbound and outbound calls efficiently, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service to healthcare clients utilizing AthenaOne EMR.
* Utilize expertise in healthcare accounts to navigate AthenaOne EMR system effectively
* Handle customer accounts in collections, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of outstanding balances, and negotiating payment arrangements when necessary.
* Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and account updates in the company database.
* Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices in healthcare account management to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.

Requirements:
* Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare environment, with knowledge of AthenaOne EMR software.
* Demonstrated experience in handling collections accounts and familiarity with collections practices and regulations.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and effectively.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to resolve customer issues and concerns.
* Proficiency in using computer applications and software, including MS Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
* Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
* Flexibility to work evenings, or holidays as needed to accommodate business needs.
