Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Research and recommend vacation destinations to clients

· Plan and arrange travel including hotels, vacation home rentals, tour packages, excursions, and activities

· Prepare quotes and review with clients in order to close bookings

· Attend daily training and webinars

· Complete certification training curriculums and attain specialization certifications

· Follow-up with clients and prepare them for their travel event

· Provide exceptional customer service

Required / Preferred Skills

· Self-motivated

· Coachable

· Organized

· Skilled with time management

· Customer Service experience

· Good communication skills

· Enjoys research

· Great at problem solving

· Goal oriented

· Comfortable working independently  

·  Able to complete self-paced training program

· Must be 18 years or older and reside in the U.S.

· Must have a computer or smartphone
