Responsibilities:

• Provide expert guidance and recommendations to clients looking to book cruise vacations.

• Understand client preferences, budget constraints, and special requirements to tailor cruise options accordingly.

• Research and stay up-to-date with the latest cruise offerings, itineraries, and industry trends.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with cruise lines, suppliers, and partners to secure the best deals and exclusive offers for clients.

• Create detailed cruise itineraries, including excursions, dining options, and onboard activities, to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Assist clients with booking accommodations, transportation, and any additional travel arrangements related to their cruise.

• Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, providing exceptional customer service throughout the booking process.

• Stay organized by maintaining accurate records, documentation, and client communication..

Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills with the ability to actively listen to client preferences and provide suitable recommendations.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer concerns with empathy and professionalism.

• Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently in a remote setting.

• Passion for travel and a genuine desire to help clients create lifelong memories.

• Must be 18 years or older
