Internship Overview

Were hiring a Recruitment Intern based in Vietnam who is eager to learn, adapt quickly, and support end-to-end hiring processes. You'll be working remotely with experienced recruiters, gaining practical experience in sourcing, screening, and client communication.

What You'll Learn & Do

• Assist in sourcing candidates across job boards and platforms
• Screen resumes and conduct basic phone interviews
• Help maintain candidate records and manage the ATS
• Support interview scheduling and coordination
• Learn about hiring workflows, client engagement, and market mapping

Ideal Candidate Profile

• University student or recent graduate in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field
• Based in Vietnam with good Vietnamese language skills
• Confident communication in English
• Keen interest in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition
• Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and proactive
