Job description

Our client is a Hong Kong based business consulting company.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, refine, and optimise prompts for large language models (LLMs) to achieve specific business outcomes
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and create effective prompt solutions
Design and implement testing methodologies to evaluate prompt performance and ensure consistent outputs
Work with backend developers to integrate LLM capabilities into existing systems and applications
Create documentation for prompt strategies, best practices, and implementation guidelines
Stay updated on the latest developments in AI, prompt engineering, and large language model capabilities
Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of AI-driven features
Work effectively in a Scrum environment with regular sprints and deadlines
Assist in troubleshooting AI-related issues and optimizing system performance
Work independently on assigned tasks with minimal supervision

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, AI, Computational Linguistics, or related field
1-3 years of relevant working experience in prompt engineering, NLP, or AI development
Programming experience and understanding of backend development concepts
Experience crafting effective prompts for large language models (e.g., GPT, Claude, Llama)
Knowledge of big data concepts and how they apply to AI systems
Experience with or understanding of automated testing methodologies and quality assurance for AI outputs
Familiarity with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) implementations
Experience working with chatbots, conversational AI, or AI agents is preferred
Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
Excellent business acumen and common-sense approach to practical AI applications
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Highly responsible with strong work ethic and accountability for deliverables
Experience working with AI-assisted coding tools and techniques
We embrace team members who are eager to take on new challenges and explore emerging technologies
Fluency in English; proficiency in Cantonese or Mandarin is a plus
