Technical Designer

Our clients vibrant studio is looking for a new Technical Designer to join our successful and busy team in the heart of the city. 

They provide complete workplace consultancy, from a single office relocation, design and fit-out, to workspace planning, refurbishment and interior branding on a global scale.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Prepare and coordinate production, tender and construction package information
• Revit technical output at each project stage
• Support your partner designer on site and deal with contractor queries

Required skills:

• At least 5 years' experience, preferably working on interior fit-out schemes
• Fluent in SketchUp and Revit
• A high level of technical skills with attention to detail
• Ability to take initiative to solve technical issues
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Confident to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
• Excellent communication - both written and verbal
• A working knowledge of UK building systems, regulations and construction methods
