Software Project Manager: French Speaking

Hiring Position: Software Project Manager (French Speaking: Open to non-Thai candidates)

Working Location: Bangkok, Thailand

Working Condition:

• Hybrid working mode with 2 days' work from home per week with flexible working hours
• Additional 10 days of work from anywhere per year

Pay Rate: THB 120K to THB 150K

ABOUT THE POSITION:

Main Objectives and Activities:

• Manage the IT team and support project management activities.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects and effective resource management.
• Lead projects, develop and maintain manpower plans, resolve resource conflicts, and monitor deployment to ensure effective contribution and skill development.

Education:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience required.

Language Skills:

• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and oral).
• Proficiency in French language is mandatory.

Experience and Skills:

• Ability to understand application business area and requirements.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to lead meetings and perform formal communication and reporting.
• Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in people management and team supervision.
• High energy, proactive, and persistent attitude.
• 5-7 years or more of banking project management experience.
• Strong understanding of Agile project management principles.
