Their mission is to combat data fragmentation challenges in the region, aiding both Fintech and traditional finance enterprises in swiftly, securely, and confidently onboarding customers.

Key Responsibilities

Prospecting and Networking

  • Identify and target key leaders in the fintech sector.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and meetups to build and expand your professional network.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with industry influencers, thought leaders, and decision-makers.

Partnership Development

  • Collaborate with identified leaders to establish strategic partnerships and alliances.
  • Create compelling proposals and pitch presentations to engage potential partners.
  • Negotiate terms and agreements that align with the company's objectives.

Pipeline Management

  • Maintain a well-organized and updated pipeline of potential leaders for acquisition.
  • Track and report progress on leads, opportunities, and partnership negotiations.
  • Provide regular updates to the leadership team on acquisition efforts and results.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing, product development, and sales teams to ensure alignment with acquisition strategies.
  • Share insights and collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize the acquisition process.

Market Research and Analysis

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
  • Analyze market data and customer feedback to inform acquisition strategies.
  • Provide market insights to internal teams to shape product and service offerings.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in business development, sales, or partnerships in the fintech industry 1-2 years.
  • Strong knowledge of the fintech sector, including industry trends and key players.
  • Exceptional networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Results-oriented mindset and a track record of meeting or exceeding acquisition targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
