Hiring Position: Customer Success Admin Associate

Working Condition: Hybrid

Location: Bangkok, Thailand _______________________________________________________________________________________ Our client is a regional technology payment service provider with a home in Bangkok, that is on a mission to build the world's simplest way to checkout, driving e-commerce shopper experience and empowering merchants to achieve the highest sales conversion rates

Responsibilities:

• Execute sales operations under the customer success team including:
• Collecting documents from merchants
• Processing merchant activation activity
• Managing and updating working files
• Responding to merchants inquiries promptly and positively via communication channels to ensure service agreement level (SLA) is met. This position may require chat support outside of regular business hours, including weekends.
• Streamline the merchant verification process to assist merchants in receiving timely service
• Amplify consolidated merchant feedback and escalate to relevant teams to develop solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelors or masters degree in Business Administration or related fields
• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or sales support-related roles
• Ability to prioritize work properly in order to reach objectives and service agreement level
• Possess an eagerness to tackle uncharted projects or tasks
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Strong communication skills with proficiency in Thai and English
