Job description

Hiring Position: Core Banking Analyst (Open to non-Thai candidates)

Working Location: Bangkok, Thailand

Working Condition:

Hybrid working mode with 2 days' work from home per week with flexible working hours
Additional 10 days of work from anywhere per year

Pay Rate: THB 100K to THB 130K

ABOUT THE POSITION:

Responsibilities:

Support Oracle FLEXCUBE and OBP Production across versions.
Participate in evolution projects related to Core Banking, including the implementation of new versions.
Configure and parameterize bank products on Flexcube, including CASA, TD Retail, Loans, FX/MM, Trade, and OBP modules.
Collaborate with core banking analysis groups to analyze existing systems, identify gaps, and make recommendations for improvements.
Ensure adherence to test process governance and articulate problems to find effective solutions.
Collaborate with system, network, and database administrators for software installations and hardware/software configurations.
Lead status meetings with various stakeholders and provide standby support for EOD and production incidents.
Perform performance tuning or development tasks as required.

Education:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience required.
Military service obligations (for males) must be fulfilled.

Language Skills:

Excellent communication skills in English (written and oral) to work with international customers.

Experience and Skills:

Techno-functional bank knowledge of Flexcube version 11 and above, including accounting, letter of credit, loan and deposit, foreign exchange, money market, bills and collections, fund transfer, OBP, securities, and data entry.
5-8 years' experience in Flexcube-related projects or support.
Experience in debugging and analyzing issues on Flexcube/OBP.
Familiarity with functional workflows of core banking products like Flexcube.
Proficiency in PL/SQL, SQL, Java, and HTML.
Ability to write functions, procedures, and triggers in Oracle.
Understanding of overall banking processes.
Customer-oriented mindset, positive attitude, and teamwork skills.
Ability to prioritize work, multitask, work under pressure, and fast learning.
Experience in core banking implementation is advantageous.
Exposure to supporting daily production issues and Webservice-related issues is a plus.
