Job description

Hiring Position: Blockchain Developer (Open to Thai and non-Thai candidates)

Working Location: Bangkok, Thailand

Working Condition:

Hybrid working mode with 2 days' work from home per week with flexible working hours

Pay Rate: THB 80K to THB 150K

ABOUT THE POSITION:

Objective: Develop and Secure the SocialFi Platform while Enhancing Blockchain Expertise Across the Team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Platform Development:

- Design, code, and build the SocialFi platform within specified timelines.
- Coordinate with outsourced team members for efficient development.
- Develop a masterplan for phased platform development, aiming for key milestones.
- KPIs: Launch platform within 6 months, achieve 10,000 registered users post-launch.

Platform Maintenance and Upgrades:

- Implement regular updates and improvements to ensure competitiveness and user-friendliness.
- Maintain ecosystem websites.
- KPI: Implement at least 2 significant updates per year.

Website and Blockchain Security:

- Conduct regular security audits and address vulnerabilities.
- Ensure compliance with industry security protocols.
- KPIs: Quarterly security audits, maintain zero security breaches.

Digital Asset Management:

- Assist in managing digital asset transactions internally and externally.
- Ensure accuracy, security, and efficiency in all transfers.
- KPI: Process bi-weekly digital asset transactions.

Knowledge Sharing:

- Conduct quarterly training sessions on blockchain and NFT coding.
- Measure knowledge transfer effectiveness.
- KPIs: 80% team attendance at training sessions, 20% improvement in knowledge after each session.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Minimum Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required. A master's degree is a plus.

- Extensive Experience: At least 5-7 years of hands-on experience in blockchain development, with a proven track record of successfully designing, coding, and implementing blockchain-based solutions.

- Blockchain Expertise: Deep understanding of blockchain technology, including consensus algorithms, smart contracts, cryptographic techniques, and decentralized applications (DApps).

- Programming Skills: Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in blockchain development, such as Solidity (for Ethereum), JavaScript, Python, or Go.

- Project Management: Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams and managing projects to meet deadlines and milestones effectively.

- Security Awareness: Strong understanding of blockchain security principles and best practices, including experience conducting security audits and implementing security measures.

- Continuous Learning: Commitment to staying updated on the latest trends, developments, and advancements in blockchain technology and related fields.

- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Team Collaboration: Proven ability to collaborate effectively with team members, both within the development team and across other departments.
