JOBDESCRIPTION :
WiseCloud Inc. is hiring a Developer Experience (DevEx) Engineer for PostNord Group, one of the leading logistics companies in the Nordics. Youll be part of a newly formed DevEx team building tools, workflows, and platforms that enhance developer productivity across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain internal DevEx tools and platforms.
• Collaborate with engineers and architects to standardize workflows and boost efficiency.
• Champion DevEx initiatives that support hundreds of engineers daily.
• Document systems and processes with clarity and consistency.
• Proactively identify developer pain points and improve engineering culture.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in DevOps, developer tooling, or platform engineering.
• Strong scripting and automation skills (e.g., Python, Bash).
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools, cloud services (AWS/Azure), and infrastructure-as-code.
• Excellent communication in remote, distributed teams.
