• Promote IT cloud solutions and share product information through phone calls
• Identify potential customers and their needs and market the right cloud solution based on identified needs
  
• Conduct telesales activities professionally, respond to customer queries and anticipate customer needs while facilitating resolution of problems
• Aid in setting up meetings between prospects and the Sales Lead
• Achieve individual call and performance KPIs
• Ensure that all telesales-related updates are properly recorded
• Work closely with Sales Lead to develop in implementing sales strategies to achieve committed products targets
• Constantly communicate with the Sales Lead in regards to relevant feedback and insights from prospects

• Excellent communication skills (persuasive, confident and convincing)
• Keen attention to details
• Passion for IT and Cloud Computing is a plus
• Prior sales experience is not required. Regular training will be provided

Language requirements

• Ability to speak and write fluently in English is a must
• Ability to speak Malay and / or Mandarin is a plus
