About the Opportunity

We are seeking ambitious and energetic Arabic-speaking sales professionals to join a fast-growing financial solutions team. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in banking, personal finance, credit cards, loans, real estate finance, or telesales.

As a Telesales Executive, you will help customers access innovative Rent Now Pay Later (RNPL) solutions that allow tenants to spread rental payments conveniently while enabling landlords to receive annual rent upfront.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact potential customers through outbound calls.
• Explain RNPL services, features, and benefits.
• Assess customer needs and financial eligibility.
• Guide customers through the application process.
• Build strong relationships and maintain excellent customer service.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and company policies.

Requirements

• Fluent Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Banking, finance, lending, credit card, loan, or telesales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Target-driven and self-motivated personality.
• Ability to build trust and close sales effectively.
• Knowledge of UAE banking or financial products is an advantage.
