Job description

REMOTE Sales Executive - inbound calls. We are an established and growing Law firm specializing in personal injury and our phones ring all day with potential clients. We need someone who can understand which of these callers have a case that we can help with and win. Must have customer service skills, and be able to walk client though complex legal forms.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Asking the right questions and having empathy to understand important details.
  • Consultative approach to determine if we are the right fit ,
  • Closing client and ensure they fill out paperwork correctly.

What You Need for this Position

  • BS/BA Business or similar
  • 2-5+years of recent experience in a sales consulting role - and ideally a Regulated industry, Law, Health, Finance
  • Business development and tracking in CRM or similar
