Work closely with our integrators based in Italy and Spain
Contribute to the order intake of the Western Europe business unit
Conduct sales project management and coordinate customer discussions, studies, and deliverables
Review and validate final offers
Negotiate and close agreements with large customers
Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients needs
Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency
Stay up-to-date with new product launches
Support the business developers with processing incoming leads
Conduct frequent benchmarks and market analysis to keep up with latest market trends
Requirements
BSc degree in Sales, Business Administration or relevant field
7+ years of experience and a proven track record either within sales and business development for logistics products or systems, 3PLs sales, or supply chain consulting firm
Significant B2B sales experience in intralogistics is a plus!
Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills
Excellent communication skills, and ability to convey key messages to partners and clients
An ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics
