Job description

We are currently looking for an experienced and passionate Sales/Business Development Officer to help us explore business opportunities for the company by generating leads and presenting our services to potential organizations or businesses.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze how the business is positioned in the market and craft strategy for penetration

  • Create lead generation on different interest groups and corporations to introduce our IT Recruitment business

  • Facilitate cold and warm calls to prospective leads, schedule and follow through on calls with leads and current clients

  • Present our services to potential clients and business partners

  • Monitor market trends, research consumer markets, and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and key issues

  • Maintain positive business and customer relationships in the effort to extend customer/client lifetime value

  • Think of creative ideas on how to engage, develop strategies for more effective sales, both individually and as part of a team

  • Collaborate with internal teams to address needs and requirements to service clients better

Qualifications

  • Impeccable customer service skills

  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills

  • Motivated, driven attitude

  • Sales-driven, results-driven, and target-driven attitude

  • Aptitude for persuasion and negotiation

  • Expert in time management

  • Organized work ethic

  • Proven track record in sales environment

  • Ability to meet and/or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas

  • Ability to create and deliver client presentations, especially power points and/or white papers

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required, relevant experience is sufficient

  • Experience with a CRM platform (i.e. Hubspot) a plus
