Requirements

• Masters degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field
• Licensed in Texas as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent
• Experience providing telehealth counseling services preferred
• Familiarity with virtual platforms and HIPAA-compliant technology
• Strong understanding of mental health and substance use disorders
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills

Responsibilities

• Facilitate virtual individual and group therapy sessions for clients in the IOP program
• Conduct virtual intake assessments and create personalized treatment plans
• Lead psychoeducational sessions focusing on mental health, addiction recovery, and coping skills
• Monitor and document client progress using electronic health records (EHR)
• Collaborate with the treatment team, including psychiatrists, case managers, and peer support specialists
• Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations
• Attend virtual team meetings and provide input on client care planning
• Stay updated on telehealth best practices and evidence-based treatment approaches

Job Type: Full Time

Schedule: 1:00pm-9:00pm MWF and 9:00am-5:00pm TThu

Pay: $55,000 - $75,000 annually
