Job description

Qualifications:

At least 2 years working experience in a System Analyst position
Experience in Application Development as an IT Business Analyst, System Analyst, or Developer. Specifically in the Insurance, Banking, or Financial Services industry.
Gather requirements from customers/stakeholders in the project
Analyze requirements and responsible for creating specification documents
Develop a prototype based on requirements to be analyzed
Translate requirements to the team and able to be the focal point of the project team in a business consulting matter
Engage in functional test, SIT, and UAT to ensure the quality of deliverables
Support go-live and post support activities

Skill Required:

Good personality, communication, and interpersonal skills
Good project management skills
Proficiency in Excel, Word, presentation are prerequisites
Background of Agile principles and process
Have experience in use-case analysis and documentation
Knowledge of modern app tools (e.g. Java,Node.js/Angular/MongoDB/Docker/...)
Knowledge of web services or RESTful API, Microservices
