Identify the educational needs of salon professionals and develop comprehensive training programs to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Equip educators with the necessary brand knowledge, product expertise, and teaching techniques to deliver effective training sessions.
Develop and conduct training workshops, seminars, and online modules to educate and upskill educators.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align education initiatives with brand objectives.
Develop and execute strategies to increase brand awareness, loyalty, and preference among salon professionals.
Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
Develop and implement client onboarding programs to ensure a smooth transition and integration of new clients.
Collaborate with the sales team to align onboarding strategies with client acquisition goals.
Collaborate with the sales team to integrate educational programs into sales strategies.
Utilize education initiatives to upsell and cross-sell products and services to salons.
