UI/UX Designer & Mobile App Developer (TJ- 03052025 - UI/UX/MAD)

Tasks required:

• Conduct user research to understand customer needs, pain points, and behaviors.

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.

• Develop user-friendly interfaces that enhance user experience across mobile devices.

• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to improve design.

• Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of UI/UX designs.

• Develop, test, and deploy mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms.

• Integrate APIs, third-party services, and back-end functionalities.

• Debug and troubleshoot issues to ensure a seamless user experience.

• Stay updated with emerging trends, frameworks, and best practices in mobile app development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Design, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• Proven experience in UI/UX design and mobile application development.

• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.

• Experience with animation and motion design in mobile applications.

• Knowledge of cloud-based platforms (Firebase, AWS, or Google Cloud).

• Familiarity with App Store and Google Play submission processes.

• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.

• Ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines

• Exhibit strong work ethic and initiative

• Clear and concise communicator with effective verbal and written communication skills

• Self-disciplined and organized; able to consistently hit daily and monthly targets with limited supervision
