Position: Content Writer

Tasks required:

Content Creation:

• Produce well-researched and engaging articles on topics related to real estate investments, travel, and lifestyle.

• Write compelling and persuasive marketing emails to drive lead generation and engagement.

• Develop clear and concise copy for marketing materials, landing pages, and other platforms.

• Conduct keyword research and integrate relevant terms into content seamlessly.

• Optimize content for search engines while maintaining readability and user engagement.

• Edit and refine content to enhance clarity, readability, and adherence to brand guidelines.

• Conduct interviews and craft compelling stories that are accurate and engaging.

• Upload and manage content using CMS platforms like WordPress and HubSpot.

• Format and publish content to ensure maximum online visibility and an excellent user experience.

• Contribute ideas for content strategy and planning.

• Repurpose content effectively for various platforms.

• Other ad hoc tasks that would be assigned

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Content Writer is required

• Experience writing about investments, particularly real estate and real estate funds.

• Strong writing skills in travel and lifestyle topics.

• Expertise in crafting persuasive emails for marketing.

• Proficiency in conducting interviews and translating them into engaging written content.

• Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress and HubSpot.

• Knowledge of content formatting for online readability.

• Awareness of content marketing trends.

• A portfolio of published articles

• Excellent writing and editing skills

• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects concurrently

• Ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines
