Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Recruiter for RNs, PTs, and OTs, to join our dynamic healthcare recruitment team, in this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified nursing professionals to meet the staffing needs of our client Your expertise in understanding the nuances of nursing roles and the landscape will be crucial in building strong relationships with candidates.

Tasks required:

  • Partner with the Director of HR and Recruiting to gain a thorough understanding of staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and nursing schools.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial pre-screens to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Maintain a database of candidates and track recruiting metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, nursing regulations, and best practices in recruitment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Proven experience in clinical recruitment, particularly in nursing
  • Strong understanding of nursing roles, credentials, and industry standards
  • Perfect English communication skills
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • MS Office
  • Paylocity ATS or the ability to quickly learn
  • High sense of urgency with a winning attitude
