Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with business leaders to design and develop reports that fuel strategic decision-making.
• Drive efficiency by implementing automated solutions for generating and delivering daily reports to both internal teams and external clients.
• Proactively monitor IT processes to ensure the consistent and reliable delivery of vital reports.
• Provide expert support for reporting and data-related issues, contributing to the identification of root causes and post-incident reviews.
• Conduct thorough data audits to maintain accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies.
• Support audit and review processes related to IT reporting, ensuring all necessary evidence is readily available.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical and user documentation to facilitate seamless operations.
• Take on special projects as assigned, leveraging your skills to drive innovation and efficiency within the team.

Role Requirements:

• Proficiency in Microsoft O365, including Power Automate.
• Extensive experience with SQL is essential.
• Mandatory expertise in SSRS and/or SAP Reports.
• Ability to present data creatively and meaningfully to diverse audiences.
• A keen learner with a thirst for expanding skills in software development and data presentation.
• Strong multitasking abilities with a knack for setting and meeting priorities.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, coupled with outstanding communication and customer service abilities.
