Job description

We are looking for experienced , target driven and passionate 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Dubai. A 360 Recruitment Consultant takes on a dual role, handling both business development (client acquisition) and candidate placement.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and approach potential client companies to understand their hiring needs.
Negotiate terms of service agreements, including fees and other contractual terms.
Headhunting
Achieve /monthly quarterly targets
interviewing and assessing prospective applicants and matching them with vacancies at client companies

What we are looking for?

Proven experience in various sectors as a 360 Recruitment Consultant or similar role in a recruitment agency.
Strong sales and business development skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of industry trends, employment laws, and recruitment best practices.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
Passion for achieving targets and earning commissions
