We're Hiring: HR Intern!

We provide expert support in HR, payroll, and admin function,s and now we're looking for a dynamic HR Intern to be part of our awesome team!

Location: Petaling Jaya, Malaysia
Work Mode: Office
Role: HR Intern
Allowance: RM 800 - RM 1,000 + Car Park (Worth RM 250)

What You'll Do:

As our HR Intern, you won't be doing coffee runs. Instead, you'll get hands-on experience supporting real HR operations in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. You'll report to the Operations Manager and work alongside our passionate team to:

• Prepare HR documents, offer letters & payroll-related reports
• Support data entry, file management & admin tasks
  
• Handle inquiries about policies & procedures
• Assist the team with ad hoc tasks when needed
• Join and aid in fun employee engagement activities

What We're Looking For:

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt
