What You Will Do

• Source and research high-potential candidates across multiple channels using job boards, professional networks, and social media.
• Screen and assess candidates rigorously to match client requirements effectively.

Who You Are

• Proven experience in talent sourcing within recruitment agencies or staffing environments.
• Proficient in using recruitment tools, databases, and technology platforms.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities independently.
• Performance-driven with a passion for success and commission-based rewards.
• Holds a valid Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI) as required by Singapores Ministry of Manpower.
