Min 2.5 years experience

Core Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support:
    • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team or department

    • Oversee the processing building and zone application requirements and coordinate with architects and other stakeholders where required

    • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.

  • Data Entry:
    • Input, update, and maintain data accurately in various databases and systems.

    • Verify data integrity by comparing it to source documents and reviewing for errors.

    • Retrieve and compile data from different sources as required.

    • Organize and maintain electronic and hard copy files.

Requirements

  • Practical experience in providing VA services to Australian businesses and if possible real estate/construction companies

  • Basic understanding of real estate and construction terminology, and processes.

  • Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks).
