3+ years of experience managing social media accounts for a brand or organization. Proven track record of growing and engaging social media audiences. Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube. Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms. Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills with a keen eye for detail. Creative thinking and the ability to develop content that resonates with diverse audiences

Core responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies that align with the company's goals and target audience. Identify key platforms and channels to focus on, ensuring a strong and consistent brand presence across all relevant social media networks. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to keep the company’s social media efforts innovative and competitive. Create, curate, and manage engaging content (e.g., text, images, videos, stories) tailored to each social media platform. Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to produce high-quality visuals and promotional materials. Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and timely updates. Build and nurture relationships with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner. Foster user-generated content and encourage positive interactions that reflect the brand’s values and voice. Monitor and report on feedback, reviews, and online conversations related to the brand. Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to boost brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads. Manage ad budgets, optimize targeting, and monitor the performance of social media ads.
