Minimum 2 years of Experience in E-commerce: Proven track record in e-commerce, particularly in the fashion/apparel industry. Proficiency in Email Marketing: Strong experience with Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms. Sales & Outreach Skills: Demonstrated ability to assist with sales and manage email outreach effectively. Payment Collection Experience: Familiarity with payment and bill collection processes, especially within wholesale and e-commerce environments. Excellent Communication: Strong written communication skills, with attention to detail and the ability to craft compelling emails. Part-Time Availability: Ability to work part-time, with flexibility to adjust hours as needed based on business demands.

Core responsibilities:

Sales Assistance: Support sales initiatives by managing email outreach for campaigns, collections, and follow-ups to collect orders from wholesale accounts. Email Outreach & Campaign Management: Execute email campaigns, including newsletters and promotional emails, using Klaviyo. Follow up with clients and customers to drive engagement and sales. E-commerce Support: Assist in managing online sales channels, focusing on B2C operations, and ensuring product listings are optimized for conversion. Order & Payment Collection: Assist with the collection of orders and payments from wholesale and B2C customers, ensuring timely and accurate processing. Account Management: Help manage relationships with over 100 global accounts, providing excellent customer service and prompt responses to inquiries. Reporting & Analysis: Generate reports on sales performance, email campaign effectiveness, and order collection status. Provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
