Job Title: Stretch Tent Specialist & PA
Location: Remote (UK)
Salary: £15,000 - £20,000 per annum (R300,000 equivalent)
Leave: 21 days per year

Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled and presentable individual with expertise in AutoCAD and stretch tent design. This unique role combines space planning and design with personal assistant (PA) responsibilities. The ideal candidate will work remotely, supporting both the creative and administrative needs of our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stretch Tent Design & Space Planning:
• Utilize AutoCAD to design stretch tent layouts and event spaces.
• Collaborate with clients to create bespoke stretch tent solutions that meet their aesthetic and functional needs.
• Oversee the technical planning and execution of tent installations.
• Personal Assistant Duties:
• Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Handle communications, including email correspondence and phone calls, on behalf of senior management.
• Organize and maintain records, files, and client information.
• Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks and support the management team.

Key Requirements:

• AutoCAD proficiency with experience in stretch tent design or space planning.
• Strong PA experience, including calendar management, travel coordination, and document handling.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• A highly presentable, professional demeanor.
