Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Data Analyst to join our team on a remote, outsourced basis for a key client engagement. This role requires a strong background in ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365, and a solid understanding of data analytics to support business operations and strategic decision-making.
The successful candidate will be involved from day one, working closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and actionable insight generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret data from Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP to support operational and strategic business decisions
- Work collaboratively with business stakeholders to identify data needs and deliver actionable insights
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to present key findings in a clear and impactful manner
- Optimize ERP data structures for improved performance and reporting accuracy
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to implement data governance policies and best practices
- Support data migration, cleansing, and validation processes during system changes or integrations
- Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues within the ERP environment
- Ensure full compliance with data security and privacy regulations
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience as a Data Analyst, ideally within an ERP environment using Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Experience with data management processes, including cleansing, migration, and validation
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Comfortable working independently and managing time effectively in a fully remote setup
