We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Power BI Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions using Microsoft Power BI. You will work closely with stakeholders to transform raw data into meaningful insights that drive strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Develop interactive and visually appealing dashboards and reports using Power BI.
Connect to various data sources (SQL Server, Excel, SharePoint, etc.) and transform data using Power Query and DAX.
Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Optimize data models for performance and scalability.
Maintain and support existing BI solutions and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all reports and dashboards.
Stay updated with the latest Power BI features and best practices.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
2+ years of experience in Power BI development.
Strong proficiency in DAX, Power Query (M language), and data modeling.
Experience with SQL and relational databases.
Understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Azure services (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse).
Knowledge of other BI tools (e.g., Tableau, QlikView).
Microsoft Power BI certification is a plus.
