What We Are Looking For
We are looking for a talented Full Stack Developer to join our team in building a next-generation SaaS FinOps platform. In this role, you will play a key part in designing and implementing an intuitive, high performance platform that supports cloud cost management, workflow automation, and data analysis for finance and engineering professionals.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage FinOps tools to monitor, analyze, and optimize cloud spending across GCP, AWS, and Azure using modern serverless and event-driven architectures.
Design and implement data pipelines to collect and process large volumes of cost and usage data from various sources, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness.
Build scalable APIs and microservices using Python functions and FastAPI middleware for real-time cost insights, reporting, and alerting.
Collaborate with engineering and finance teams to identify cost inefficiencies and provide actionable recommendations for savings.
Write clean, maintainable, and secure code with an emphasis on automation, performance, and best practices.
Contribute to CI/CD practices and automated testing to ensure the reliability and quality of our FinOps applications.
Technical Skills & Requirements
Full-Stack Development: 5+ years of experience in cloud-native development, with a strong focus on building tools for cost management or data analytics.
FinOps & Data: Proficiency in analyzing large datasets for cost optimization and financial reporting.
Core Backend: Strong experience with Python functions and FastAPI for building highperformance, asynchronous services.
Frontend: Proficiency in React.js for building interactive and data-rich user interfaces.
GCP Services: Hands-on experience with core Google Cloud services, including:
Compute: Cloud Run and Cloud Functions.
Data & Analytics: BigQuery, Cloud Storage, and Pub/Sub.
Integration: Workflows for orchestrating complex business processes.
Security: Secret Manager for handling sensitive credentials.
Database: Experience with SQL databases like PostgreSQL.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with other cost management or FinOps tools.
Understanding of containerization (Docker) and CI/CD pipelines.
Familiarity with task queues for managing background jobs.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to optimizing cloud spend.
