JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Minimum 3+ yrs experience in Performance Testing (JMeter).
2. Scripting knowledge in perf Test Tools: Jmeter, Blazemeter and StressStimulus Optional
3. Have worked on http/html and ERP/CRM protocols
4. Conduct system performance testing to ensure system stability, capacity, scalability and
reliability
5. Experience in gathering and documenting non functional requirements and determine what
needs to be tested
6. Experience in Developing perf test scripts and execute different performance tests as per
the requirements as an individual contributor
7. Experience in monitoring the UAT with different monitoring tools like Splunk, Dynatrace and
AppDynamics
8. Experience in analyzing and understanding the perf test results and identifying the problem
areas
9. Excellent communication skills to work with different teams and to present the results to the
stakeholders.
10. Good to have experience in Perf, testing on CRM platform
11. Good to have experience in scripting within JMeter using Java script or Java.
