Responsibilities  

• Plan and design the event product system, abstracting on-site and off-site event gameplay into corresponding product modules, collaborating with the development team to enhance the efficiency of event execution
• Familiar with industry event gameplay, involved in the planning and execution of the platform's overall activities
• Increase event exposure and improve the efficiency of the entire event process through integrating resource positions and exploring new ones
  
• Build related event data, uncover the core capabilities of event marketing through data analysis and research, and enhance event outcomes through product innovation

Requirements 

• Excellent user insight and outstanding creative planning abilities
• Exceptional aesthetic sense, with significant abilities in interaction interface and business process design
• Strong team collaboration skills, motivation, and the ability to be effective in a diverse, cross-disciplinary team
• Strong data analysis and strategy skills, emphasizing goal orientation and data-driven processes
• Bilingual in English and Chinese is essential
