We're seeking a Technical Writer to transform expert knowledge into clear, engaging content. This role partners with subject-matter experts to turn raw notes, code, and conversations into narrative-driven technical books and resources.
What You'll Do
Collaborate with SMEs to capture and translate technical knowledge.
Draft content that is 70–80% complete and ready for editorial review.
Write both conceptual explanations and technical walkthroughs.
Validate accuracy by testing examples and aligning with internal standards.
Contribute to a clear, user-friendly voice that supports learners.
What We're Looking For
5 - 8 years of technical writing experience (SaaS or developer-facing preferred).
Ability to turn complex concepts into clear narratives.
Experience with docs-as-code (GitHub, Markdown, static site tools).
Strong collaboration skills across diverse teams.
Bonus: Editorial or publishing experience.
