About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Prompt Engineer to join our Conversational AI team. This role is pivotal in designing, testing, and refining prompts that drive natural, effective, and compliant interactions between AI voice/chat agents and end-users. You will work closely with our developers, AI trainers, and clients to ensure conversational flows are accurate, contextually aware, and aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:Design, write, and optimise prompts for conversational AI systems, including voice agents, chatbots, and multi-channel assistants.Translate business requirements into effective conversational flows and dialogue structures.Collaborate with developers, linguists, and QA testers to improve AI responses and reduce errors.Analyse transcripts and call/chat logs to identify improvement opportunities.Conduct A/B testing and fine-tuning of prompts to maximise accuracy, compliance, and user satisfaction.Document prompt libraries, version changes, and testing results for knowledge transfer.Ensure that prompts reflect brand voice, regulatory compliance, and cultural context (AU/PH/US/EU markets).Contribute to the design of AI Receptionists, Customer Service Agents, Sales Agents, and custom solutions across different industries.
Skills & Qualifications:Strong background in linguistics, communications, AI/ML, or computer science (or equivalent practical experience).Proven experience working with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere, etc.) or conversational AI platforms.Understanding of NLP principles, dialogue management, and AI behaviour shaping.Exceptional writing and editing skills with a focus on clarity and tone adaptation.Ability to analyse data, spot patterns, and recommend improvements.Experience with tools like Make, Zapier, APIs, or custom AI integrations is a plus.Familiarity with compliance frameworks (e.g. debt collection, finance, healthcare, IT support) is highly regarded.Problem-solving mindset, with attention to detail and creativity.What We OfferOpportunity to work on cutting-edge conversational AI products.Exposure to international clients across IT, finance, real estate, and more.Career growth in a rapidly expanding industry.Competitive salary package (PHP/AUD depending on experience)Supportive and collaborative remote-first work environment.
