About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Prompt Engineer to join our Conversational AI team. This role is pivotal in designing, testing, and refining prompts that drive natural, effective, and compliant interactions between AI voice/chat agents and end-users. You will work closely with our developers, AI trainers, and clients to ensure conversational flows are accurate, contextually aware, and aligned with business goals.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, write, and optimise prompts for conversational AI systems, including voice agents, chatbots, and multi-channel assistants.
  • Translate business requirements into effective conversational flows and dialogue structures.
  • Collaborate with developers, linguists, and QA testers to improve AI responses and reduce errors.
  • Analyse transcripts and call/chat logs to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Conduct A/B testing and fine-tuning of prompts to maximise accuracy, compliance, and user satisfaction.
  • Document prompt libraries, version changes, and testing results for knowledge transfer.
  • Ensure that prompts reflect brand voice, regulatory compliance, and cultural context (AU/PH/US/EU markets).
  • Contribute to the design of AI Receptionists, Customer Service Agents, Sales Agents, and custom solutions across different industries.


  • Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong background in linguistics, communications, AI/ML, or computer science (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Proven experience working with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere, etc.) or conversational AI platforms.
  • Understanding of NLP principles, dialogue management, and AI behaviour shaping.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with a focus on clarity and tone adaptation.
  • Ability to analyse data, spot patterns, and recommend improvements.
  • Experience with tools like Make, Zapier, APIs, or custom AI integrations is a plus.
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks (e.g. debt collection, finance, healthcare, IT support) is highly regarded.
  • Problem-solving mindset, with attention to detail and creativity.
