ServiceNow ITSM Specialist with CAD

• We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer or Technical Consultant with a strong background in ITSM, CMDB, and CSM modules. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience, holds CAD (Admin) and CAD (Developer) certifications, and has hands-on experience with JavaScript and ServiceNow development. Experience with system integrations is essential.

Responsabilities:

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, CMDB, and CSM modules
• Build and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and other technologies
• Customize and configure ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, Flow Designer, Business Rules, UI Policies, and Script Includes
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Ensure platform stability, performance, and scalability through best practices and proactive monitoring
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities
• Maintain documentation for configurations, customizations, and integrations.

• Minimum 5 years of experience working with ServiceNow as a Developer or Technical Consultant
• Strong knowledge of ITSM, CMDB, and CSM modules
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, etc.)
• Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) and Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
