Key Responsibilities
Plan, write, and launch Google Ads campaigns focused on generating profitable leads for bookkeeping and fractional CFO services.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize for conversions, cost-per-click (CPC), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
Leverage Google Tag Manager and other analytics tools to set up accurate conversion tracking and performance reporting.
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to ensure campaigns reach the right decision-makers.
Continuously test ad copy, landing pages, and targeting strategies to improve lead quality and campaign profitability.
Stay up to date with best practices in Google Ads, SEO, and B2B digital marketing trends.
Required Experience & Skills
Proven hands-on experience with Google Ads, specifically in generating leads for local service businesses within the B2B space.
Proficiency with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and the full Google Ads suite of tools.
Strong understanding of campaign structure, keyword strategy, bidding models, and conversion tracking.
Ability to analyze data, identify insights, and present results with actionable recommendations.
Preferred (Highly Regarded) Experience
Experience crafting persuasive ad copy directed toward CEOs and decision-makers of companies with $1M–$5M in revenue.
Strong copywriting skills that resonate with executive-level audiences and drive engagement.
Familiarity with bookkeeping, CFO services, or other professional/financial service industries.
